Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hour in advance. For appointments cancelled less than 24 hours prior to, or you do not show up to your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit paid.

We allow a 10-minute grace period for appointments. If you show up more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we can reschedule you for a blow dry or make up at another date and time. Please allow enough time for traffic / parking. Thanks!
